What happened
This was one of our biggest monthly socials yet. More than 200 people registered, and Creeds Coffee Bar filled up so completely that they ran out of milk for coffee. Builders, job seekers, recruiters, and founders packed the room for an evening of open conversation, no slides, no pitch, just Toronto's AI community showing up for each other.

We ran a quick poll on LinkedIn ahead of the meetup, and it sparked some of the best conversations of the night:

The results surprised a few people in the room: working on a cutting-edge tech stack beat out equity, comp, and flexibility by a clear margin. Turns out most of you would rather ship with the best tools than chase the biggest number on an offer letter.

Raffle winners
We continued our tradition of handing out $10 Starbucks gift cards to raffle winners. Congrats to Temitope Oluwanisola, Sunil Shastry, Poornima, Simon Smith, Victoria Kovalenko, and more. Simon is a long-time member of the community, while Victoria was at her first TorontoAI event, good company either way. Thanks for playing along and being part of the energy in the room.
